ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

Appellant filed the notice of appeal in the district court on June 5, 2026. The notice of appeal was not accompanied by a case appeal statement as required. See NRAP 3(f)(1). Accordingly, on June 22, 2026, the clerk of this court issued a notice directing appellant to file a case appeal statement by June 29, 2026. Because appellant had not yet filed the case appeal statement, on July 6, 2026, this court entered an order directing appellant to file the case appeal statement in the district court and to file a file-stamped copy of the case appeal statement in this court within 7 days. Appellant was cautioned that failure to timely comply with that order would result in the imposition of sanctions, including the dismissal of this appeal. See NRAP 3(a)(2). To date, appellant has not filed the case appeal statement or otherwise responded to this court's notice and order. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
