ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from a final judgment. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Joseph Hardy, Jr., Judge.

On April 17, 2026, this court entered an order directing appellant to file proof of service of the notice of appeal and file the transcript request form and docketing statement because these documents were overdue. The April 17 order cautioned appellant that failure to comply with the order would result in the dismissal of this appeal. Appellant subsequently attempted to file a motion for an extension of time to file the overdue documents. Because the motion was deficient, this court struck the motion, along with deficient submissions of the docketing statement and transcript request form, on May 11, 2026. The May 11 order directed appellant to refile the motion for an extension of time within 7 days and the remaining overdue documents within 14 days. The May 11 order cautioned appellant that failure to comply with the order would result in dismissal of this appeal. When appellant failed to file the overdue documents, this court entered an order on July 6, 2026, directing appellant to file the proof of service of the notice of appeal, docketing statement, and transcript request form within 14 days and again cautioned appellant that failure to comply would result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has failed to file proof of service of the notice of appeal, a compliant docketing statement, or a compliant transcript request form. Additionally, appellant has failed to file the opening brief, which was due on July 21, 2026. As it appears appellant has abandoned this appeal, this court

ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
