ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from a district court order resolving child custody issues. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Hon. Vincent Ochoa, Judge.

On June 29, 2026, this court issued a notice informing appellant to file a transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request within 14 days, a docketing statement within 21 days, and a fast track opening brief within 60 days. When appellant failed to file a transcript request form and docketing statement, this court issued an order on August 3, 2026, directing him to file these documents within 14 days. The August 3 order cautioned appellant that failure to comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. NRAP 3E(l); NRAP 14(c). To date, appellant has failed to file these documents. Appellant has also failed to file the fast track opening brief, which was due August 28, 2026, and has failed to otherwise communicate with this court.
