ORDER DISMISSING APPEALS

These are consolidated appeals from a district court order dismissing a petition for judicial review (90456) and a post-judgment order awarding attorney fees (91679). Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Hon. Ronald J. Israel, Judge.

On July 24, 2026, this court granted appellant's counsel's motion to withdraw as counsel of record, suspended briefing, and directed appellant, within 14 days, to retain counsel and cause counsel to enter an appearance in this court. See NRAP 46A(b)(2) (“A corporation or other entity may not appear pro se.”). The order cautioned appellant that failure to respond could result in the dismissal of these appeals. See Salman v. Newell, 110 Nev. 1333, 885 P.2d 607 (1994) (dismissing appeal where entity appellant did not timely obtain counsel on appeal). Appellant failed to respond to this order.

On August 12, 2026, this court issued a second order directing appellant to, within 14 days, retain counsel and cause counsel to enter an appearance. The order again cautioned appellant that failure to timely comply may result in the dismissal of these appeals. To date, appellant has failed to comply or otherwise communicate with this court. Accordingly, this court

ORDERS these appeals DISMISSED.
