Anthony Perry Oliver, Appellant, v. The State of Nevada, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This appeal was initiated by the filing of a pro se notice of appeal. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Michelle Leavitt, Judge.
This court's review of these appeals reveals a jurisdictional defect. Appellant appears to have filed two notices of appeal to this court from an order of the court of appeals, Oliver v. State, Docket No. 91027-COA (Order Affirming in Part and Dismissing in Part, May 21, 2026). Appellant cannot appeal to this court from an order of the court of appeals. See Castillo v. State, 106 Nev. 349, 792 P.2d 1133 (1990) (right to appeal is statutory; where no statute or court rule provides for an appeal, no right to appeal exists). To the extent, if any, appellant's notices of appeal can be construed as a petition for rehearing or for supreme court review of the order in Docket No. 91027-COA, they are untimely. NRAP 40(c); NRAP 40B(c). This court lacks jurisdiction and
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
