ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal of a decree of divorce. Fifth Judicial District Court, Nye County; Hon. Robert W. Lane, Judge.

On June 26, 2026, this court issued a notice directing appellant to file and serve a transcript request form within 14 days, and the docketing statement within 21 days. When appellant failed to file these documents, this court issued an order on July 24, 2026, directing appellant to file and serve a transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request and the docketing statement by July 31, 2026. The order cautioned appellant that failure to timely comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has failed to file a transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request and a docketing statement. Accordingly, as it appears appellant has abandoned this appeal, this appeal is dismissed. Respondent's motion to discharge her attorney, Ronald Brilliant, and proceed pro se is granted. The clerk shall remove Mr. Brilliant as counsel of record for respondent.

ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
