ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is an appeal from a district court order denying a petition for judicial review in a workers’ compensation matter. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Hon. Carolyn Ellsworth, Judge.

After filing the notice of appeal, the district court entered an order granting reconsideration of the challenged order. Because it appeared that the reconsideration order rendered this appeal moot, see Personhood Nev. v. Bristol, 126 Nev. 599, 602, 245 P.3d 572, 574 (2010), this court ordered appellant to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of justiciability. Appellant did not file a response to the show cause order. Instead, appellant has filed a motion to voluntarily dismiss this appeal. The unopposed motion is granted and this appeal is dismissed. NRAP 42.
