ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from a district court order directing the sale of real property in a guardianship matter. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Hon. Bryce C. Duckworth, Judge.

On April 14, 2026, this court entered an order reinstating briefing. The order directed appellant to file and serve, by June 15, 2026, either an opening brief or informal brief. When appellant failed to file the opening brief or informal brief, this court entered an order on June 30, 2026, noting that appellant's opening brief was overdue and directing appellant to file an opening brief or informal brief within 14 days. The order cautioned appellant that failure to comply may result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has failed to file an opening brief or informal brief or to otherwise communicate with this court. Because it appears that appellant has abandoned this appeal, this court
