ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal of a district court order denying appellant's motion for leave to amend his complaint. First Judicial District Court, Carson City; Hon. Jason Woodbury, Judge.

Review of the documents submitted to this court reveals a jurisdictional defect. Specifically, it appears that the district court has not entered a final written judgment adjudicating all the rights and liabilities of all the parties. A final judgment is one that finally resolves all claims and issues against all parties to an action and leaves nothing to the district court's consideration except post-judgment issues. Lee v. GNLV Corp., 116 Nev. 424, 426, 996 P.2d 416, 417 (2000). There can be only one final judgment in a case. Alper v. Posin, 77 Nev. 328, 363 P.2d 502 (1961), overruled on other grounds by Lee, 116 Nev. at 426, 996 P.2d at 417. While appellant asserts that this court has jurisdiction pursuant to NRS 703.376 and NRS 233B.150, both of these statutes apply to appeals from decisions arising from administrative proceedings. Neither is applicable here. The challenged order denies appellant's motion for leave to amend the complaint filed March 26, 2025, but does not resolve any claims asserted in that complaint.

This court “may only consider appeals authorized by statute or court rule.” Brown v. MHC Stagecoach, LLC, 129 Nev. 343, 345, 301 P.3d 850, 851 (2013). No statute or court rule authorizes an appeal from the challenged, interlocutory, order. Accordingly, this court lacks jurisdiction and we
