ORDER DENYING PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS

This pro se original petition for a writ of mandamus seeks to compel the removal of certain conditions of petitioner s parole.

On April 11, 2023, this court entered an order directing petitioner to provide proof of service of her petition and an appendix that includes all records that may be essential to understand the matters set forth in the petition within 14 days. Petitioner has not complied with the order. In addition, when petitioner contacted the clerk's office on May 12, 2023, petitioner was directed to submit a change of address and a motion to file an untimely proof of service and appendix. To date, Petitioner has not submitted a change of address or filed any such motion. Accordingly, without addressing the merits of the petition, we

ORDER the petition DENIED.
