James August SWANSON, Appellant, v. The STATE of Nevada, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This court ordered appellant to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. The parties have now filed a stipulation to dismiss this appeal. Because the stipulation is not properly signed by counsel for respondent, see NEFCR 11(c), it is treated as a motion to voluntarily withdraw this appeal and granted as such. This appeal is dismissed.
It is so ORDERED.
