ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This appeal was docketed on March 13, 2023, without payment of the requisite filing fee. See NRAP 3(e). That same day, this court issued a notice directing appellant to pay the required filing fee or demonstrate compliance with NRAP 24 within 14 days. The notice advised that failure to comply would result in the dismissal of this appeal. On March 28, 2023, appellant filed a response to that notice, in which he requested this court to grant him leave to proceed in forma pauperis. On April 12, 2023, this court denied the motion and directed appellant to, within 30 days, either pay the filing fee or file with this court a file-stamped copy of a motion to proceed in forma pauperis that was filed in the district court. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee or otherwise responded to this court's notice. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed. See NRAP 3(a)(2).
