RASUL DOUGLAS, AN INDIVIDUAL, Appellant, v. BRANDI BRIGHT, AN INDIVIDUAL, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal from findings of fact, conclusions of law, and an order denying a motion to set aside the judgment. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Nadia Krall, Judge.
On January 6, 2023, this court entered an order reinstating the deadlines for filing documents and briefs. Pursuant to that order the transcript request form was due by January 20, 2023. See NRAP 9(b). Appellant failed to file the document. On February 7, 2023, this court entered an order directing appellant to file and serve the transcript request form or certificate that no transcripts will be requested within 7 days. Id. This court cautioned that failure to comply timely with the order could result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date appellant has not filed the document or otherwise communicated with this court. In addition, the opening brief was due by April 6, 2023, and appellant has not filed the brief or otherwise communicated with this court. Accordingly, this court concludes that appellant has abandoned this appeal, and
