JULIUS BRADFORD, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF NEVADA, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se notice of appeal from a district court minute order denying a petition for declaratory judgment. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Tierra Danielle Jones, Judge.
Because no statute or court rule permits an appeal from an order denying a petition for declaratory judgment in a criminal matter, this court lacks jurisdiction to consider this appeal. Castillo v. State, 106 Nev. 349, 352, 792 P.2d 1133, 1135 (1990) (explaining that court has jurisdiction only when statute or court rule provides for appeal). To the extent that appellant's appeal is in regard to the findings of fact, conclusions of law and order denying defendant's motion for access to the statutes of Nevada, there is no statute or court rule that permits an appeal from such an order.
