SKYLER DEAN FAWVER, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF NEVADA, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal from a district court order denying a pretrial motion to dismiss. Fifth Judicial District Court, Nye County; Robert W. Lane, Judge.
This court's review of this appeal reveals a jurisdictional defect. Specifically, no statute or court rule permits an appeal from a district court order denying a pretrial motion to dismiss. NRS 177.015(1)(b) (the state or the defendant may appeal from an order granting a motion to dismiss); Castillo v. State, 106 Nev. 349, 352, 792 P.2d 1133, 1135 (1990). Accordingly, we conclude that we lack jurisdiction to consider this appeal, and we
ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.
