ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is an appeal from a district court order denying a petition for judicial review of a decision of a panel of the American Arbitration Association wherein the arbitration panel denied appellants’ motion to dismiss arbitration. Second Judicial District Court, Washoe County; Connie J. Steinheimer, Judge.

This court ordered appellants to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction because it appeared that the challenged order may not be substantively appealable. Appellants have now filed a motion to voluntarily withdraw this appeal. Cause appearing, the motion is granted and this appeal is dismissed.
