BRYAN WARREN DRYDEN, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF NEVADA, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se notice of appeal from a district court order denying a motion for leave to amend/file a successive second postconviction petition for a writ of habeas corpus, denying a motion for change of venue, denying a “motion for reconsideration for genetic marker analysis INFO CODIS,” and denying a motion for order of transportation of inmate for court appearance. Because no statute or court rule permits an appeal from such an order in a criminal matter, this court lacks jurisdiction to consider this appeal. Castillo v. State, 106 Nev. 349, 352, 792 P.2d 1133, 1135 (1990). Accordingly, this court
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
