ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from a purported final judgment on an arbitration award. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Kathleen E. Delaney, Judge.

Review of the notice of appeal and documents before this court reveals a jurisdictional defect. It appears appellant challenges a March 23, 2023, arbitration award, made pursuant to the Court Annexed Arbitration Program and signed only by the arbitrator. See NAR 1, 16. No statute or court rule permits an appeal from such an arbitration award. See Brown v. MHC Stagecoach, LLC, 129 Nev. 343, 345, 301 P.3d 850, 851 (2013) (this court “may only consider appeals authorized by statute or court rule”). And it does not appear that the district court has entered any written judgment on the arbitration award. See NRCP 58(c) (a judgment is entered when it is signed by the court and filed with the clerk). Accordingly, this court lacks jurisdiction and

ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.  ¹
