On February 14, 2023, the parties filed a stipulated notice of settlement. The notice, however, did not include a motion or stipulation to dismiss this matter. Therefore, on March 2, 2023, this court entered an order directing petitioners to file a motion or stipulation to dismiss this matter or otherwise inform this court of the status of this matter within 30 days. Petitioners were cautioned that failure to comply could result in the dismissal of this matter as abandoned. To date, petitioners have not complied. Accordingly, we
