ALLANNA WARREN, Appellant, v. SPARKS POLICE DEPARTMENT, A GOVERMENTAL ENTITY; WASHOE COUNTY JAIL, A GOVERMENTAL ENTITY; LAS VEGAS METROPOLITAN POLICE DEPARTMENT, A GOVERMENTAL ENTITY; AND GINGER MILLER, A SPARKS POLICE DEPARTMENT OFFICER IN HER INDIVIDUAL AND OFFICAL CAPACITIES, Respondents.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal from a district court order striking fugitive submissions, setting hearing on motion to withdraw as counsel, setting a case management conference; a district court order setting hearing; and a district court order resolving motions to dismiss and a motion to sever. Second Judicial District Court, Washoe County; Egan K. Walker, Judge.
Review of the notice of appeal and other documents before this court reveals jurisdictional defects. First, the challenged orders striking fugitive submissions, setting hearings, and setting a case management conference are not substantively appealable. Specifically, no statute or court rule allows an appeal from these orders. See Brown v. MHC Stagecoach, LLC, 129 Nev. 343, 345-47, 301 P.3d 850, 851-53 (2013) (stating that this court “may only consider appeals authorized by statute or court rule”). Second, the order resolving motions to dismiss and a motion to sever is not appealable as a final judgment because it does not appear to resolve all claims against all parties. See Lee v. GNLV Corp., 116 Nev. 424, 426, 996 P.2d 416, 417 (2000) (defining a final judgment). Additionally, the notice of appeal was untimely related to this order. Notice of entry of this order was served on December 12, 2022. Appellant's notice of appeal, filed in the district court on March 3, 2023, was filed well beyond the 30-day appeal period. See NRAP 4(a)(1); See Healy v. Volkswagenwerk Aktiengesellschaft, 103 Nev. 329, 331, 741 P.2d 432, 433 (1987) (noting that an untimely notice of appeal fails to vest jurisdiction in the appellate courts). As this court lacks jurisdiction, we
