ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This case was docketed on November 18, 2022, and on December 2, 2022, respondents’ counsel filed a suggestion of death on the record informing this court that appellant, Kent Jasperson, was deceased. On December 14, 2022, this court entered an order instructing appellant's counsel to file a motion for the substitution of a personal representative or to inform this court that Mr. Jasperson has no personal representative, within 90 days. On March 15, 2023, counsel for appellant filed a notice informing this court that the decedent, Mr. Jasperson, has no personal representative. Because Mr. Jasperson has no personal representative, this appeal cannot proceed. See NRS 7.075(1); NRAP 43(a)(1); Brass v. State, 129 Nev. 527, 530, 306 P.3d 393, 394-95 (2013).
