ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from a district court order authorizing the payment of fees and costs in a guardianship matter. Tenth Judicial District Court, Churchill County; Thomas L. Stockard, Judge.

On January 5, 2023, this court issued an order that, among other things, directed appellant to file a docketing statement and an opening brief or informal brief by January 20, 2023. When appellant failed to file these documents, this court issued a second order directing appellant to file these documents on or before February 22, 2023. That order cautioned appellant that failure to comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has failed to file these documents or to otherwise communicate with this court. Accordingly, it appears that appellant has abandoned this appeal, and this court

ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
