ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from a district court order appointing a receiver and granting a preliminary injunction. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Mark R. Denton, Judge.

On January 6, 2023, this court entered an order directing that this appeal would proceed with appellants pro se. That same date, the clerk issued a notice directing appellants to serve and file the transcript request form, or certificate that no transcripts will be requested, by January 20, 2023. The notice also directed appellants to file and serve the docketing statement by January 27, 2023.¹ Appellants failed to comply.

On February 7, 2023, this court entered an order directing appellants, by February 21, 2023, to serve and file, in this court, an original transcript request form or certificate that no transcripts will be requested, and the docketing statement. See NRAP 9(b); NRAP 14. This court cautioned that failure to timely comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal as abandoned.

To date, appellants have failed to comply or otherwise communicate with this court. Accordingly, it appears appellants have abandoned this appeal, and this court

ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
