This is a pro se notice of appeal from a district court order granting a motion for county jail time. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Eric Johnson, Judge.

This court's review of this appeal reveals a jurisdictional defect. The district court awarded appellant the relief he sought, and therefore, he was not an aggrieved party.
