SHONNIE HAMLETT, Appellant, v. GUILD MORTGAGE COMPANY; NATIONAL DEFAULT SERVICING CORPORATION; AND BRECKENRIDGE PROPERTY FUND 2016, LLC, Respondents.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is an appeal from an order granting a motion for summary judgment in a quiet title action. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Linda Marie Bell, Judge.
Our preliminary review of the docketing statement and the documents submitted to this court pursuant to NRAP 3(g) reveals a potential jurisdictional defect. Specifically, it appears that the district court has not entered a final written judgment adjudicating all the rights and liabilities of all the parties, and the district court did not certify its order as final pursuant to NRCP 54(b). Lee v. GNLV Corp., 116 Nev. 424, 996 P.2d 416 (2000). The following parties appear to remain below: Guild Mortgage Company and National Default Servicing Corporation. Accordingly, this court lacks jurisdiction to consider this appeal, and we
ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.1
Stiglich, C.J.
Cadish, J.
Herndon, J.
