ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Jerry A. Wiese, Judge.

Review of the notice of appeal and other documents before this court reveals a jurisdictional defect. Appellant states in his notice of appeal that he challenges a district court order entered on January 20, 2023. However, it does not appear that any written order was entered by the district court on January 20, 2023. As appellant fails to identify an appealable order, see Brown v. MHC Stagecoach, LLC, 129 Nev. 343, 345, 301 P.3d 850, 851 (2013) (this court “may only consider appeals authorized by statute or court rule”), this court

ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
