ORDER ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSING THE APPEAL IN DOCKET NO. 86129, TRANSFERRING DOCUMENTS, AND SETTING THE BRIEFING SCHEDULE IN DOCKET NO. 85782

On February 16, 2023, appellant's counsel filed a notice of appeal from the judgment of conviction entered on February 15, 2023, in district court case number 01C174954. The clerk of this court erroneously docketed the notice of appeal as a separate appeal in Docket No. 86129. Accordingly, the clerk of this court shall administratively close the appeal in Docket No. 86129 and transfer to Docket No. 85782 all documents filed in Docket No. 86129.

The clerk of this court shall add attorney Thomas A. Ericsson as counsel for appellant. Appellant shall have 21 days from the date of this order to file and serve a docketing statement. NRAP 14. Appellant shall have 120 days from the date of this order to file and serve the opening brief and appendix. Thereafter, briefing shall proceed as provided in NRAP 31(a)(1).
