PAUL LOUIS BELLUOMINI, Petitioner, v. THE EIGHTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF CLARK, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING PETITION
This petition was docketed on December 7, 2022, without payment of the requisite filing fee. See NRAP 21(g). That same day, this court issued a notice directing petitioner to pay the required filing fee or demonstrate compliance with NRAP 21 within 14 days. The notice advised that failure to comply would result in the dismissal of this petition. On December 15, 2022, petitioner filed a pro se document. On December 20, 2022, this court entered an order noting that to the extent the pro se document could be construed as a motion to proceed in forma pauperis the document did not contain enough information for this court to grant the request. Accordingly, this court directed petitioner to either pay the filing fee or file a supplement to the December 15. 2022, motion that included the affidavit prescribed in NRA 24(a)(1)(A).
On January 2, 2023, petitioner filed a supplement. Because the supplement did not include the affidavit prescribe in NRAP 24(a)(1)(A), to the extent the December 15, 2022, document and the supplement could be construed as a motion to proceed in forma pauperis, this court denied the motion. Petitioner was directed to pay the filing fee within 14 days and cautioned that failure to comply would result in the dismissal of this matter. To date, petitioner has not paid the filing fee. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
It is so ORDERED.
