DANIEL J. WICKS, AN INDIVIDUAL; AND PATRICIA J. WICKS, AN INDIVIDUAL, Appellants, v. H & M UNLIMITED, INC., A NEVADA CORPORATION, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is an appeal from a district court's findings of fact, conclusions of law, and order. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Eric Johnson, Judge.
This court issued an order on September 6, 2022, granting appellants' pro bono attorney's motion to withdraw as counsel of record. In that order, this court directed appellants to file an opening brief or informal brief within 60 days. Pursuant to that order, the opening brief or informal brief was due to be filed by November 7, 2022. Our order cautioned that failure to comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. See NRAP 31(d)(1). When appellants failed to file their opening brief, on January 4, 2023, this court issued an order directing appellants to file the opening brief or informal brief by January 18, 2023. This order again cautioned that failure to comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal.
To date, appellants have failed to file the opening brief.1 Accordingly, we
ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.
Pickering, J.
Bell, J.
FOOTNOTES
1. Appellants filed a pro se letter in regard to this appeal on January 24, 2023. However, this letter did not request any relief that this court can grant. Accordingly, we take no action on the letter.
Cadish, J.
