Appellant has filed a motion to dismiss this appeal. Appellant explains that given this court's dismissal of the related appeal in Docket No. 85221, it no longer wishes to pursue this appeal. Appellant also represents that the dismissal will render his December 13, 2022, motion for an extension of time to file the opening brief moot. The motion to dismiss is granted. NRAP 42. This appeal is dismissed. This court will take no action on the December 13, 2022, motion for an extension of time.
