A notice of appeal from the judgment of conviction in district court case number C-22-365302-1 was previously docketed in this court as Docket No. 85904. The clerk of this court erroneously docketed the second notice of appeal as a separate appeal. Accordingly, the clerk of this court shall administratively close the appeal in Docket No. 85959 and transfer to Docket No. 85904 all documents filed in Docket No. 85959.
