ROBERT MAURICE WILSON, Appellant, v. PERRY RUSSELL, WARDEN, NNCC, THE STATE OF NEVADA, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se notice of appeal from an order of the district court denying a motion for extension of time to file documents. Eleventh Judicial District Court, Mineral County; Jim C. Shirley, Judge.
This court's review of this appeal reveals a jurisdictional defect. Specifically, no statute or court rule permits an appeal from an order denying a motion for extension of time to file documents. See Castillo v. State, 106 Nev. 349, 352, 792 P.2d 1133, 1135 (1990) (explaining that court has jurisdiction only when statute or court rule provides for appeal). Accordingly, this court lacks jurisdiction to consider this appeal and ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
