ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is an appeal from a district court order terminating parental rights. Eighth Judicial District Court, Family Court Division, Clark County; Frank P. Sullivan, Judge.

Review of the notice of appeal and documents before this court reveals that the notice of appeal was untimely filed. Notice of entry of the district court's order was served on appellant by mail on June 25, 2018. Appellant did not file the notice of appeal in the district court until October 18, 2018, long after expiration of the 30-day appeal period established by NRAP 4(a)(1). Accordingly, this court lacks jurisdiction to consider this appeal, see Healy v. Volkswagenwwerk, 103 Nev. 329, 331, 741 P.2d 432, 433 (1987) (An untimely notice of appeal fails to vest jurisdiction court), and

ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
