ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This pro se appeal was docketed in this court on February 22, 2019, without payment of the requisite filing fee. The district court's March 6, 2019, order denying appellant's application to proceed in forma pauperis was filed in this court on March 7, 2019. On March 22, 2019, this court entered an order directing appellant to pay the filing fee within 30 days or file a motion in this court to proceed in forma pauperis. The order cautioned appellant that failure to pay the filing fee or file the motion would result in dismissal of this appeal. On April 5, 2019, the district court filed additional orders in this court denying appellant in forma pauperis dated March 18, 2019, and April 5, 2019. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee or otherwise communicated with this court. Accordingly, this appeal is hereby dismissed.
