ORDER DENYING PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS

This pro se petition for a writ of mandamus challenges the State Bar of Nevada's decision not to bring disciplinary charges against attorney Dominic Gentile.¹ Having considered the petition and supporting documents, we are not convinced that petitioner has met his burden of demonstrating that our intervention is warranted, see Pan v. Eighth Judicial Dist. Court, 120 Nev. 222, 228, 88 P.3d 840, 844 (2004), and therefore, we decline to exercise our discretion in this matter. See Smith v. Eighth Judicial Dist. Court, 107 Nev. 674, 677, 818 P.2d 849, 851 (1991). Accordingly, we
