ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is a pro se appeal from a district court order denying appellant's request to file a motion for leave to amend judgment. Second Judicial District Court, Washoe County; Kathleen M. Drakulich Judge.

ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.
