THOMAS SUSICH, IN HIS CAPACITY AS CHAIRPERSON OF THE EMPLOYMENT SECURITY DIVISION BOARD OF REVIEW; AND CLARK COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT, EMPLOYER, Respondents.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This is an appeal from a district court order of dismissal. On April 24, 2026, this court remanded this matter to the district court for the limited purpose of allowing the district court to rule on the parties’ motion to rescind the dismissal order. The district court has since transmitted a copy of its May 15, 2026, order rescinding the dismissal order and setting briefing. Under these circumstances, appellant's motion to voluntarily dismiss this appeal as moot is granted. This appeal is dismissed.
It is so ORDERED.
