ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is an appeal from a final judgment. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Tina Talim, Judge.

On April 28, 2026, this court issued an order granting appellant's motions for second and third extensions of time, until May 4, 2026, to file the opening brief and appendix. Appellant's motions were deficient because they did not contain all the information required by NRAP 31(b)(3)(A). Despite these deficiencies, this court resolved appellant's motions on the merits but cautioned appellant that future non-compliant motions may be summarily denied. The April 28 order further cautioned appellant that failure to timely file the opening brief and appendix may result in the dismissal of this appeal.

On May 5, 2026, appellant filed an untimely motion seeking a fourth extension of time, until May 12, 2026, to file the opening brief and appendix, and on May 12, 2026, appellant filed a motion seeking a fifth extension of time until May 19, 2026. On June 1, 2026, appellant filed a sixth request for extension of time to file the opening brief and appendix until June 5, 2026. To date, appellant has failed to file the opening brief and appendix or otherwise communicate with this court. Additionally, appellant's motions seeking fourth, fifth, and sixth extensions of time are again deficient because they do not contain all the information required by NRAP 31(b)(3)(A). Accordingly, appellant's motions are denied and this appeal is dismissed.
