BILLY R. RILEY, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF NEVADA, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This appeal was initiated by the filing of a pro se notice of appeal on March 24, 2026, in Case No. 89C091341. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Mary Kay Holthus, Judge.
This court's review of the notice of appeal reveals a jurisdictional defect. Specifically, the notice of appeal indicates that appellant seeks to appeal from a judgment entered February 10, 2026; however, no decisions of the district court appear on the docket of Case No. 89C091341 on that date or on any other date to which the notice of appeal could apply. Insofar as appellant is challenging the oral ruling denying a motion for review of subject matter jurisdiction reflected in minutes dated February 2, 2026, no statute or court rule allows for an appeal from district court minutes, and moreover, no statute or court rule permits an appeal from an order denying a motion for review of subject matter jurisdiction. Thus, we lack jurisdiction. Castillo v. State, 106 Nev. 349, 352. 792 P.2d 1133, 1135 (1990). Accordingly, we
ORDER this appeal DISMISSED.
