ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This pro se appeal appears to challenge a March 9, 2026, district court order denying appellant's postconviction motions for immediate release, “to the court of obstruction of motions.” for appointment of an attorney, to vacate judgment, and to stop proceedings. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Kathleen E. Delaney, Judge.

Because no statute or court rule permits an appeal from such an order in a criminal matter, this court lacks jurisdiction to consider this appeal. Castillo v. State, 106 Nev. 349. 352, 792 P.2d 1133, 1135 (1990). Accordingly, this court

ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
