MATTHEW TRAVIS HOUSTON, Appellant, v. CRAIG MUELLER AND ASSOCIATES; STATE BAR OF NEVADA; NEVADA APPEAL GROUP; KELSEY BERNSTEIN; AND LARRY PHILLIPS, ESQ., Respondents.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This appeal was docketed on March 27. 2026, without payment of the requisite filing fee, see NRAP 3(e), and without proof of service of the notice of appeal, see NRAP 3(d). That same day, this court issued notices directing appellant to pay the required filing fee or demonstrate compliance with NRAP 24 within 14 days and to provide proof of service of the notice of appeal within 14 days. The notices advised that failure to comply would result in the dismissal of this appeal. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee, filed proof of service of the notice of appeal, or otherwise responded to this court's notices. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed. See NRAP 3(a)(2).
It is so ORDERED.
