ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is an appeal of a district court order denying a petition to appoint a guardian. Eighth Judicial District Court, Family Division, Clark County; Bryce C. Duckworth, Judge.

On February 23, 2026, this court issued a notice directing appellant to file, among other things, a transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request within 14 days and a docketing statement within 21 days. When appellant failed to file these documents, this court issued an order on March 17, 2026, directing appellant to file the transcript request form and docketing statement within 7 days and cautioned that failure to comply may result in the dismissal of this appeal. NRAP 9(a)(10); NRAP 14(c).

To date, appellant has failed to file a transcript request form or docketing statement or to otherwise communicate with this court. Because it appears appellant has abandoned this appeal, this court

ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.¹
