ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
On September 8, 2025, this court issued a notice directing appellant to file and serve, by January 6, 2026, either an opening brief or informal brief. When appellant failed to file the opening brief or informal brief, this court entered an order on January 20, 2026, noting that appellant's opening brief was overdue and directing appellant to file an opening brief or informal brief within 14 days. The order cautioned appellant that failure to comply may result in the dismissal of this appeal. On March 9, 2026, this court entered an order denying appellant's motion for an extension of time to file the opening brief, which was untimely mailed to the court on February 9, 2026, and directed appellant to file and serve an opening brief or informal brief by March 20, 2026. To date, appellant has failed to file an opening brief or informal brief or to otherwise communicate with this court. Because it appears that appellant has abandoned this appeal, this court
