ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This appeal was docketed without payment of the requisite filing fee. See NRAP 3(e). Because the district court denied appellant's motion to proceed in forma pauperis, on March 11, 2026, this court entered an order directing appellant to pay the filing fee or file a motion to proceed in forma pauperis with this court within 30 days. Appellant was cautioined that failure to comply would result in the dismissal of this appeal. On March 25, 2026, appellant filed a motion for reconsideration of this court's March 11, 2025. This court struck that motion on March 26, 2026, because it was deficient and directed appellant to correct the deficiencies and refile the motion within 7 days. To date, appellant has not re-filed the motion or paid the filing fee. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed. See NRAP 3(a)(2).
