DaQuincy Jovan DAVIS, Appellant, v. Christa PFEIFER, Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
On January 28, 2026, this court issued a notice directing appellant to file a transcript request form or certificate of no transcript request within 14 days, a docketing statement within 21 days, and a fast track opening brief within 60 days. When appellant failed to file a transcript request form and docketing statement, this court issued an order on February 27, 2026, directing her to file these documents within 14 days. The February 27 order cautioned appellant that failure to comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. NRAP 3E(l); NRAP 14(c). To date, appellant has failed to file these documents. Appellant has also failed to file the fast track opening brief, which was due on March 30, 2026, and has failed to otherwise communicate with this court. Because it appears that appellant has abandoned this appeal, we
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
