RAYFORD INTERNATIONAL, INC., Appellant, v. William A. BATCHELOR, Jr., Respondent.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
On February 23, 2026, this court granted appellant's counsel's motion to withdraw as counsel of record, suspended briefing, and directed appellant, within 30 days, to retain counsel and cause counsel to enter an appearance in this court. See NRAP 46A(b)(2) (“A corporation or other entity may not appear pro se.”). The order cautioned appellant that failure to respond would result in the dismissal of this appeal. See Salman v. Newell, 110 Nev. 1333, 885 P.2d 607 (1994) (dismissing appeal where entity appellant did not timely obtain counsel on appeal). To date, appellant has failed to comply or otherwise communicate with this court. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed. In light of this dismissal, this court takes no action on appellant's motion for stay.
ORDERS this appeal DISMISSED.
