ORDER ADMINISTRATIVELY CLOSING APPEAL

Upon further review, it appears the appeal in Docket No. 92248 was improperly docketed as a new matter. Both appeals challenge the termination of appellant's parental rights as to the same child. Accordingly, the clerk shall transfer all documents that were filed in Docket No. 92248 to Docket No. 91868 and administratively close the appeal in Docket No. 92248. Appellant's appeal of the termination of her parental rights shall proceed in Docket No. 91868.

It is so ORDERED.
