JEREMY JON HERRMANN, Petitioner, v. THE SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT OF THE STATE OF NEVADA, IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF WASHOE, THE HONORABLE SANDRA UNSWORTH, DISTRICT JUDGE, Respondent, KELLY NICOLE HERRMANN, Real Party in Interest.
ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL
This appeal was docketed on February 6, 2026, without payment of the requisite filing fee. See NRAP 3(e). That same day, this court issued a notice directing appellant to pay the required filing fee or demonstrate compliance with NRAP 24 within 14 days. The notice advised that failure to comply would result in the dismissal of this appeal. Appellant subsequently filed a motion to proceed in forma pauperis in this court. Appellant's motion was stricken on March 2, 2026, because it was deficient and appellant was directed to refile the motion to proceed in forma pauperis within 7 days. To date, appellant has not paid the filing fee or otherwise responded to this court's March 2, 2026, order. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed. See NRAP 3(a)(2).
It is so ORDERED.
Clerk of the Supreme Court Elizabeth A. Brown
