ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from a final judgment. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Crystal Eller, Judge.

On January 23, 2026, this court issued a notice directing appellant to file and serve, by February 13, 2026, a docketing statement. When appellant failed to file the docketing statement, this court issued an order on February 24, 2026, noting that appellant's docketing statement was overdue and directing appellant to file the docketing statement within 14 days. The order cautioned appellant that failure to comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. NRAP 14(c). To date, appellant has failed to file the docketing statement. Accordingly, this court
