ORDER DISMISSING APPEAL

This is a pro se appeal from a decree of custody. Eighth Judicial District Court, Clark County; Vincent Ochoa, Judge.

On January 14, 2026, this court issued a notice directing appellant to file and serve, by February 4, 2026, a docketing statement and by March 16, 2026, a fast track opening brief. When appellant failed to file the docketing statement, this court issued an order on February 9, 2026, noting that appellant's docketing statement was overdue and directing appellant to file the docketing statement within 7 days. The order cautioned appellant that failure to comply could result in the dismissal of this appeal. NRAP 14(c). To date, appellant has failed to file the docketing statement or the fast track opening brief, and has otherwise failed to communicate with this court.
